The program that Ignition designed was done in partnership - they were flexible and tailored each session to what would come up as a group. This isn’t your typical leadership 101 program. It goes deeper, it pushes, and it challenges.

I was glad that this wasn't a 'Management 101' type of program. I found that the WAVE™ model is a tool to be utilized beyond the workplace - the holistic nature of it is appropriate, given how work is typically an integrated and personal part of most people's lives.

The program has caused me to rethink how I interact with my team. I am now more conscientious about my team members' motivations, work and communication styles, and the impact of external factors (both within and outside the university) on their attitude, resilience levels, and overall job satisfaction.

I loved Kully and Belinda! Their experience, knowledge, energy, and ability to connect topics by sharing personal stories was great. Their presentation style fit my learning style.

The program provided a solid experience of building resilient leaders through concrete and timely examples, readings, activities, and interactions.
