How we approach coaching

We create a customized coaching package and development plan that aligns with your coaching objectives and, if helpful, your line manager or sponsor. 

Ignition Coaching programs range from 3 to 6 months, depending on your needs and objectives.

Step 1 | Understand

Establish your baseline and prepare your development strategy based on your personal and career goals.

  • We offer a variety of qualitative and quantitative 360 feedback assessments using questionnaires, reports, or interview-based feedback.

  • We offer a reflection exercise in which you outline your goals, strengths and values, and development opportunities for your coaching engagement. This is later used to create a development plan.

  • We use a variety of psychometric assessment tools depending on the coaching needs and goals. We use the following psychometric tools:

    • Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI)

    • Gallup Strengths

    • Harrison Assessment

    • Hogan Assessment

    • Myers Briggs Type Indicator

    • Game-changer Index

Step 2 | Grow

Ignite your growth with tailored coaching that activates your leadership potential and propels your professional advancement.

  • We customize our coaching programs, which are typically 6-12 coaching sessions for 3-6 months. Each session, ranging from 60-90 minutes, provides a safe space to explore emerging issues, unlock self-limiting beliefs, and work towards achieving your professional and organizational goals.

  • We offer a variety of resources and self-paced learning programs via our virtual academy, which supplement our coaching engagements.

  • Set practical action steps to develop between sessions.

  • We facilitate regular alignment meetings between the coaching client, their line manager and if helpful the sponsor to ensure the goals are consistent and connected with those of the organization.

Step 3 | Review

Reflect on your progress and establish a long-term plan for your continued development, ensuring sustained success and impact.

  • We will reflect on key insights to create a plan and where necessary provide reources to continue your learning journey.

  • At the end of your coaching engagement, where appropriate we send a follow-up feedback survey to the participants involved with the original 360 interviews to measure results and share what behaviors have changed.

  • Final review meeting with Manager and Coachee to discuss progress and next steps.
