About
Helen is an accomplished, results-oriented global leader. She approaches her roles with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for transforming individuals and teams.
She has a strong track record in driving and motivating cross-functional and global teams to perform beyond expectations. Working with the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office to deliver results and performance improvement, Helen led a global team and engaged with business partners to drive strategic direction, facilitate cultural change, and enhance skills that delivered on organizational priorities for the UK Government. In addition, Helen was the lead coach and facilitator for the development of senior Diplomats: one aspect of her role was to prepare UK Ambassadors to lead a diverse workforce at British Embassies and Consulates overseas.
Working across the Benelux region with a range of clients, including the European Commission and private sector organizations broadened Helen’s leadership development experience. Her portfolio of work included work on team development, diversity and inclusion, executive presence and coaching skills.
Helen also worked to implement the Training and Development Lead Body (TLDB) standards for vocational qualifications in higher and tertiary education in the UK. Her first career was in the hospitality sector, working predominantly in HR for the restaurant and hotel divisions of large corporate entities including PepsiCo and Barratt Multi-Ownership group.
