Since founding Ignition Coaching LLC in 2011, career and executive coach Kully has helped individuals and teams maximize their drive, resilience and performance both in work and in life. Combining extensive business experience with coaching skills, she has delivered a variety of individual coaching assignments and group workshops in the areas of Personal Resilience, Wellbeing Mindfulness, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Team Coaching. Her clientele includes senior managers and executives in the financial services, consumer, pharmaceutical and professional services industries.

At the core of Kully’s coaching style is a desire to build clients’ resilience and emotional intelligence. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, a certified teacher for the Google-born Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, and a Meta-Coach for Dr. Daniel Goleman’s Coaching for Emotional Intelligence Certification Program. 

Kully brings to her work 15 years of business experience in London and across Europe, specializing in risk management and operational reviews. As Director for Deloitte UK, she worked with various clients and projects across multiple sectors. She also served as Talent Director and Coach responsible for the delivery of coaching and training programmes focused on leadership and career development. 

No stranger to change, Kully was born in the UK, lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, and New York, and now resides in California.
