About
Nicholas has been coaching, co-creating and facilitating workshops since 2011 on leadership skills, team effectiveness, multi-directional communication, presentation skills, coaching skills, customer service, and change management. His clients have included major financial, media, transportation, hospitality, and industrial multinationals, as well as various government agencies.
Prior to becoming a coach and facilitator, Nicholas gained more than ten years’ experience in various management positions in leading teams. He also managed P&L at one of the largest international banking groups in Hong Kong and served as Finance Director at his family textile and garment business in Indonesia.
Nicholas is active in promoting coaching in Hong Kong. He has been elected as Executive Vice-President of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community since 2015 and was the Secretary of the International Coach Federation – Hong Kong Chapter from 2011 to 2015. He is the co-author of “Much Ado about Coaching” and “Translating Coaching Codes of Practice”.
