Punita Gandi
Strategy Consultant / Leadership Coach
About
Punita is an experienced strategy consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience across multiple countries (US, Singapore and India). She partners with and supports leaders on articulating a purpose-driven strategy, and helps shift their perspective from surviving to thriving in measurable, well-designed, tangible ways that clearly demonstrate impact. Punita’s ability to relate to C-level leadership pressures, demands and decision-complexity is rooted in her depth of experience as a business and operations strategy (x-sector) consultant at PwC, and in her roles as qualitative business unit head at TNS and ACNielsen in Singapore, and head of PwC’s Bangalore analytics practice.
Additionally, her background in psychology, behavioral and social science, and emotional intelligence (certified Goleman EI coach) allows her to understand the rapid pace and demands of change, and the range of growth and developmental needs that people and organizations are grappling with. She works with leaders closely to assess/understand, diagnose, meaningfully prioritize and design a powerful approach to realizing their personal and organizational goals.
Her coaching approach uses fundamentals of emotional intelligence and behavioral insights to support personal growth to help elevate impact and engagement. In addition, she integrates strategic thinking with principles of design to accelerate leadership goal setting and decision-facilitation. Her skill in leadership coaching and workshop facilitation is underscored by her understanding of business and operational strategy, design thinking, performance improvement, operating / organizational model implications.
She has developed insightful methods to measure impact and monitor change - even in areas that are otherwise challenging to quantify (e.g., diverse thinking, alignment with purpose, trust, etc.); and link investment efforts with critical business metrics.
