Our Approach
Over the course of eight months, Ignition designed a bespoke program for the next generation of leaders at the institution to build their personal leadership challenges, increase individual resilience, and strengthen collaboration across different departments and units. The leadership cohort went through each dimension of the WAVE™ model to hone their capacities to navigate the challenges often faced by academic institutions and guide their teams through changes.
