The Need
During the early period of the COVID-19 situation, one of Tesco’s Asia businesses was also transitioning through a major sale of the business, exacerbating the significant stress, pressure and low morale on the team.
Our Approach
Ignition collaborated with Tesco to provide impactful support during this extremely difficult period. Ignition offered a comprehensive program of support over a 2-month period, based around the WAVE™ model of Resilience, including:
Self-assessment WAVE™ questionnaire (completed at the outset and completion of the program), to gauge self-awareness of resilience and growth through the program;
Four virtual group workshops over video channel to develop mindfulness, build resilience and promote wellbeing;
Four 1:1 coaching sessions for each delegate (following each workshop) to build greater habits conducive to developing personal wellbeing and resilience; and
Access to the Ignition Academy of online Resilience resources, including the 21-day Ignite & Transform daily meditation program and the 90-minute WAVE™ program to refresh on the workshop content.
